Completely addicting. You're right about underbaking-I just left them on the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to the wire racks and they were perfectly chewy but cooked through.rjgintrepidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12460505683074410659noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6633985986313489604.post-39725755067408728962010-04-11T09:02:57.888-07:002010-04-11T09:02:57.888-07:00These cookies look awesome, I love how they look s...These cookies look awesome, I love how they look so perfect and easy!Valenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01186668407208745783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6633985986313489604.post-14632412000343144292010-04-09T07:42:01.196-07:002010-04-09T07:42:01.196-07:00Hmmm....I'm not sure, to be honest. I'm ...Oh, I'll be trying this one for sure. I'm like your husband and like more of a peanut butter flavour.

I tried those chocolate chip/chunk cookies a couple of weeks ago and they didn't turn out large and thin like yours did. They were quite thick & cakey. I only put in a 1/4 tsp of salt, so perhaps that was the reason? Regardless, they were delicious anyway!Northern Living Allowancehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06663851212929175711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6633985986313489604.post-57193792379795521642010-04-04T13:06:28.312-07:002010-04-04T13:06:28.312-07:00These cookies look yummy!!
